eGift Card Terms

ButcherBox eGift Cards can only be redeemed for the purchase of non-subscription ButcherBox orders.

ButcherBox eGift cards are excluded from promotional offers, discounts, and coupons, and cannot be purchased with other ButcherBox eGift Cards.

ButcherBox eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. ButcherBox eGift Cards do not expire. ButcherBox eGift Cards are not returnable, replaceable, or refundable.

If you send an eGift Card by email, and the purchaser has not received the gift card within 1 (one) hour, you can contact ButcherBox Customer Support at support@butcherbox.com or (855) 981-8568.
